The Agency plan allows unlimited tracked websites and crawls up to 500 pages per scan. Stored-report cache depth is 50 sites, and recurring monitoring is limited to 10 schedules, so compare those operational limits with your portfolio.
Yes. The client portal lets you choose a saved audit and create a public link that a recipient can open without signing in. You can add a title, review view counts, set an expiry, copy the link, or delete it. Anyone with an active link may be able to open the report, so share it appropriately.
Create a team, invite members by email, and assign owner, admin, or member roles. Team members can access the team's audit history according to the implemented role controls. The Growth Roadmap itself does not currently provide teammate assignment from this plan page.
You can maintain up to 10 enabled schedules on Agency. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly frequency and a notification email; WebEnture sends a report after each completed scheduled crawl. The current setup is schedule-based rather than an advertised custom score-threshold alert service.
Agency includes up to five API keys. The v1 API supports a lightweight one-page analysis and an audit using technical SEO, security, and accessibility analyzers, with up to three selected agents per request. Keys default to 100 requests per hour. You can also configure up to three webhook endpoints for four supported crawl and score events.
Bulk Audit accepts up to 10 website URLs per batch. Choose the available agents, follow progress, and compare the resulting scores in one table. It is useful for a focused portfolio review, but it is not a hundreds-of-URLs crawl.
